About The Position

As a restaurant hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, directing guests to their tables, and communicating with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and accurate service. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized entrance area, managing wait times, and handling guest complaints and concerns.
