About The Position

We are seeking a Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the dealership, collect customer payments, and perform other clerical duties as needed. This position is Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 7:00 pm, and every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with benefits. Requirements

Ability to multi-task and pay good attention to detail.
Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & Saturday's
Ability to communicate customers' needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

Collect cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the service/part tickets.
Answer phones in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner and direct customers to the proper extension.
Stock customer waiting area with snacks and beverages.
Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed
