Requirements

  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Must have exceptional patience.
  • Must have great phone manners.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • High motivation, work ethic, and enthusiasm.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some computer knowledge and/or experience.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Reception experience is highly preferred.
  • Cashiering experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answers inbound calls and assists customers by transferring calls and providing general information.
  • Receives payments from customers for sales, service, and parts.
  • Files necessary paperwork and completes administrative projects.
  • Collects, sorts, and distributes inter-company mail.
  • Performs general housekeeping tasks such as sanitizing lobby and cashier offices.
  • Provides excellent customer service by addressing complaints, answering questions, and ensuring customer comfort.
  • Ensures customers, both in store and on the phone, are comfortable and enjoying their stay.
  • Answers phone calls using provided scripts, warm transferring calls, and offering voicemail options.
  • Routes incoming calls to the appropriate extensions.
  • Provides basic information to callers and takes thorough messages.
  • Completes all applicable filing during their shift.
  • Receives cash, checks, drafts, and credit card payments, provides receipts, and records transactions.
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise, referring customers to the appropriate individual when necessary.
  • Handles distribution of petty cash for the complex (Toyota store only).
  • Distributes inspection stickers to service personnel as needed.
  • Maintains coffee and supply inventory and reports to management for ordering.
  • Assists with various mailing and other administrative projects.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.
