About The Position

Mach 1 Stores is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Associate for its Taylorville location. The role offers $15.00 per hour, weekly pay, and guaranteed quarterly raises of $0.25 every three months during the first year, followed by regular increases. The position is part of a weekend crew, with shifts available during the day and evening from Friday evening through Sunday night. Holiday work is compensated at double time. No prior experience is required; hands-on training is provided by managers. A background screen is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Cashier and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to lift periodically.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Friendly and reliable; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must complete a background screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a fast-paced store environment.
