About The Position

Toyota of Tacoma is hiring a Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our busy service department. This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced environment. No automotive experience required—we will train the right person.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to independently problem solve.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and process service checkout
  • Handle cash, card, and payment transactions accurately
  • Schedule service appointments by phone and in person
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers
  • Help keep the service drive organized and running smoothly
  • Support the team with light administrative tasks
