About The Position

Responsible for verifying and processing large currency and coin deposits, serving as a subject matter expert. This role involves operating coin and currency counting machines, receiving deposits from customers and armored carriers, and providing support for the Cash Vault's currency shipping and ordering system. The position also requires fostering positive relationships with branches, customers, and vendors, assisting with ATM balancing, and guiding team members. Maintaining procedures, handling phone calls, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

Two (2) or more years of related experience.
Great attention to detail and organization.
Ability to prioritize, handle high volumes, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Great interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear verbal communication.
Ability to independently research and solve simple to complex scenarios.
Able to work in a small, closed environment.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
Responsible for completion of all compliance training related to the position.
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

Nice To Haves

Prior CSR experience preferred.
Good knowledge in MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Operates coin machine and currency counter.
Receives incoming deposits from customers and armored customers.
Provides support on Cash Vault’s currency shipping and ordering system, as subject matter expert.
Fosters positive relationships with branches, customers, and vendors.
Assists with balancing of ATMs serviced by armored courier.
Guides and support new and existing team members, fostering their professional development and integration into the team.
Maintains and updates procedures and job aids, as needed.
Assists with incoming phone calls.
