About The Position

Responsible for verifying and processing large currency and coin deposits. Serves as a subject matter expert in various cash vault operations, including operating coin and currency machines, managing incoming deposits, and supporting the currency shipping and ordering system. Fosters positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assists with ATM balancing, and guides team members. Maintains procedures and job aids, handles phone calls, and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of related experience.
• Great attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to prioritize, handle high volumes, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Great interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to independently research and solve simple to complex scenarios.
• Able to work in a small, closed environment.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior CSR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge in MS Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fosters positive relationships with branches, customers, and vendors.
• Assists with balancing of ATMs serviced by armored courier.
• Guides and supports new and existing team members.
• Maintains and updates procedures and job aids.
• Assists with incoming phone calls.
• Completes all compliance training related to the position.
• Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
