Cash Office Associate
About The Position
The Cash Office Associate helps deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may include cross-training in other store areas to support business needs. The position is based at HomeGoods Store 1154 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and lists morning availability from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. as a requirement. The starting pay range is $13.25 to $13.75 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Give and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
