Cash Management Services Teller
About The Position
As a Part-Time Cash Management Services Teller, you work with your team to safely and securely prepare cash, coin, and check deposits for Loomis customers. The role involves verifying deposits and preparing change orders using specialized counting equipment and procedures. Work takes place in a large area within a vault, with little or no exposure to outside light. Duties are performed either sitting on a stool with back support or standing in front of a counter that is 3.5 to 4 feet high. Qualification requires successful completion of a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) covering specified lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, and repetitive hand-strength tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers.
- Ability to perform simple computer data entry.
- Ability to use a calculator by touch.
- Successfully complete the required Human Performance Evaluation, including the listed lifting, lift-carry, push-pull, and repetitive coupling tests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures.
- Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers, and provide an accurate count by denomination.
- Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each assigned customer.
