About The Position

The Cash Management Service Teller Supervisor oversees daily cash management service (CMS) operations, which may include deposit verification, change order preparation, currency and coin inventory management, balancing, and audits. The supervisor provides services to Loomis customers and is responsible for personnel actions and monitoring staff performance. The role ensures the accountability and security of funds and adherence to compliance requirements, industry standards, audit requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

Previous leadership role background and experience.
Ability to travel occasionally for company, district, and customer meetings and events.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
Three years of previous cash vault management experience.
Knowledge of Loomis systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement, monitor, and recommend changes to policies and procedures to ensure accountability and security of currency and coin moving through the department.
Help promote employee, facility, and vehicle safety through training and monitoring of policies and procedures.
Monitor overtime and workflow to help meet budget guidelines.
Serve as a liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters, and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing needs and maintenance schedules as needed to maintain service quality and performance.
Complete additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and CMS Manager on an as-needed basis.
Oversee daily CMS operations, including applicable deposit verification, change order preparation, currency and coin inventory management, balancing, and audits.
Handle personnel responsibilities and monitor staff performance.
