About The Position

Responsible for selling and the implementation of corporate electronic banking services to meet the financial service needs of customers, with a particular focus on the delivery of cash and treasury management services. This role involves identifying, analyzing, selling, and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. The position ensures compliance with operating policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, involves communication with appropriate management and staff, and requires providing periodic reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Proficient interpersonal relations and sales skills.
  • A thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services, with some exposure to cash management products, remote deposit capture, and online banking.
  • A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures.
  • A minimum of 5 years Customer Service Experience in Banking with exposure to Business account opening and related services.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Previous Cash Management sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sells and supports Cash Management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.
  • Establishes/refers new deposit relationships, including ICS and CDARS accounts.
  • Manages the Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) process, policy, and procedures for the region, completing necessary documentation for RDC service setup.
  • Completes all required documentation for the setup of Cash & Treasury Management services.
  • Assists in training and guidance for branch employees regarding Cash & Treasury Management services.
  • Sells Merchant Services as needed.
  • Cross-sells Bank products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Represents the Bank in the community and develops and promotes the Bank’s services.
  • Makes regular business calls as required for audit and follow-up.
  • Works with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for cash management services for the region, providing input to these objectives.
  • Participates in new product roll-outs to stay current with offered services.
