The Cash Management Operations Specialist provides technical and customer support for cash management products and services, including account setup, documentation, issue resolution, and compliance monitoring. This role collaborates with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations, supports commercial account analysis, and stays current with product enhancements. Senior-level specialists also mentor team members, assist in training, and conduct audits, requiring at least five years of banking experience and strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Provides a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel for cash management products and services. Performs customer setups; prepares contracts and maintains customer files. Resolves problems within given authority. Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews reports, prepares correspondence and participates in special department projects. Adheres to policies and procedures for Cash Management. Participates in discussions with prospects, customers, and sales teams to demonstrate product functionality. Responds directly to questions from customers, branches, partner business units, and sales teams. Responsible for commercial account analysis. Monitors product vendor communications on enhancements, scheduled maintenance, added features and functionality. Responsible for periodic review and/or creation of assigned departmental procedures to ensure continued accuracy. Provides customer support on products and services. Assist Commercial Lenders and Cash Management Sales with document preparation for accounts, business products, services and customer service issues. Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
