Job Summary We are seeking a Cash Management Advisor who will direct and coordinate Cash Management solutions for Corporate, Commercial, and Retail customers. This role will assess customer and provider needs and partner with both to proactively identify and recommend potential Cash Management solutions to optimize cash flow operations. They will directly collaborate with other lines of business as a trusted and knowledgeable Cash Management Advisor. Engaging in a collaborative, team-focused environment to both learn and share information with teammates and customers to enhance customer relationships with providers to expand product utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in related area.
  • 8 + years of experience in Cash Management Consultative Sales Experience.
  • CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the main Cash Management expert and trusted advisor for consultation and implementation of moderate to complex Cash Management products and services.
  • Collaborates with lending and operations roles to provide cash management expertise. Includes collaboration with other financial institutions and providers.
  • Utilize technology to prepare and present proposals and demonstrations to provide a comprehensive overview of customers' cash management needs, including provider options.
  • Updates the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on customer calls, workflow stages, customer reviews, etc. for both new and existing cash management customers and prospects, supporting lending and operations teammates and enabling current and accurate report generation by portfolio, provider, and initiatives.
  • Performs timely follow-up on newly implemented cash management providers to address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend Association/industry events to maintain and share awareness of the fast-paced changes in the Cash Management/Treasury Services/Payments/Provider arenas.
  • Provides customer feedback and input to product managers for ideas regarding new product and provider development, enhancements and modifications requested, or of interest to the market, based on actual client feedback or market intelligence.
  • Research and maintains up-to-date knowledge of competitor’s products and pricing in the market.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to effectively articulate Cash Management options and providers.
  • Partners with Training Solutions to effectively train teammates on general cash management providers and best practices.
