About The Position

Triad Financial Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cash & Bank Reconciliation Processor to join its team. The role supports the Servicing department by reconciling bank accounts, resolving outstanding items, completing transfers, and ensuring funds are addressed and applied appropriately. The processor may also support remote deposits, projects, policy and procedure updates, and training opportunities. Flexibility in schedule is needed to meet business needs.

Requirements

At least three years of mortgage- or real-estate-related experience.
Two to three years of MSP experience.
Exposure to Microsoft Office and proficiency in Excel.
Strong attention to detail and goal orientation.
Time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under deadlines.
Patience and ability to manage stress.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with applicable ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone.
Ability to sit at a workstation for prolonged periods.
Ability to type.

Responsibilities

Reconcile and balance the MSP bank account daily.
Provide management with outstanding items within the Payment Clearing bank account.
Research outstanding items to help ensure they clear promptly.
Complete bank account transfers as needed.
Monitor the bank accounts for which the Servicing department is responsible to ensure funds are addressed and applied accordingly.
Assist the team with remote deposit requirements as needed.
Assist the supervisor or manager with projects as needed.
Assist management with updating policies and procedures.
Be flexible with time and schedule to meet business needs.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Assist with identifying training opportunities.
