Uline is looking for a Part-Time Cash Applications Specialist to join their Finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining account accuracy for a growing North American company. The position offers part-time hours of 15-20 per week, with required availability on Mondays and Fridays, and additional availability on Thursdays being a plus. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
- Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
