About The Position

As a Casework Supervisor within our Children and Youth team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through strength-based services. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters. Starting Salary: $52,000

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice; or other related social sciences.
• Two years’ experience in CYS/child welfare.
• Servant leader mindset
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching for staff
• Facilitate meetings
