About The Position

As a Caser at a dairy facility, you will pick and pack customer orders to support timely delivery of fresh dairy products. You will read order tickets, locate and select products from the warehouse, and prepare them for shipment. You will also organize and rotate inventory to maintain product quality. Working with warehouse and logistics teams, you will help keep order fulfillment efficient and accurate. The role involves heavy lifting, operating a forklift and an automated pallet wrapper, and completing related paperwork and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift or move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use printed pick lists to select and pull milk crates in the required quantities for the palletizer and wrap machine.
• Use a forklift to load trailers with product.
• Record accurate trailer numbers and store information on bills of lading.
• Follow and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in work areas.
• Operate the automated pallet wrapper.
• Complete required paperwork and iPad (Safety Chain) documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
• Organize and rotate inventory to maintain product quality.
