About The Position

As a Caser at a dairy facility, you will accurately pick and pack customer orders of fresh dairy products for timely delivery. You will read order tickets, locate and select warehouse products, prepare orders for shipment, and help organize and rotate inventory to maintain product quality. Working with warehouse and logistics teams, you will support an efficient and accurate order fulfillment process. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift or move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use printed pick lists to select and pull the required quantities of milk crates for the palletizer and wrap machine; the work involves heavy lifting.
• Use a forklift to load trailers with product.
• Record accurate trailer numbers and store information on bills of lading.
• Follow and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in work areas.
• Operate the automated pallet wrapper.
• Complete required paperwork and iPad (Safety Chain) documentation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
