About The Position
Liberty Healthcare is hiring part-time Case Workers for the California Conditional Release Program. The program provides intensive supervision, case management, and behavioral health services to adult sexual offenders on court-ordered conditional release in the community, with the goals of enhancing public safety and preventing recidivism. These are field-based positions serving Santa Cruz and Santa Clara Counties. The work allows employees to partially work from home and requires driving and transporting clients throughout the area. Requirements

Responsibilities
