Case Solutions Manager - Digital Products
About The Position
Con Edison is at the forefront of accelerating the clean energy transition in its dynamic service territory. The Digital Products team supporting Energy Efficiency, and EMobility initiatives leads the development of innovative technology solutions that support clean electrification and transportation initiatives. Our work empowers both our customers and the environment. As a Use Case Solutions Manager you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the design, architecture, delivery, and operation of AI solutions that advance clean energy objectives and business transformation. You will oversee the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, architecture reviews, testing, deployment, release management, and ongoing support, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and reliable AI capabilities. You will define AI architecture standards, reusable integration patterns, agent frameworks, and cloud-native solutions that enable rapid and consistent delivery across the backlog of use cases. Your ability to balance strategic architecture, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement will directly influence the success of clean energy programs and support Con Edison's mission to transform the customer and employee experience for millions of New Yorkers.
Requirements
