About The Position

Carnegie Hall is seeking a Marketing Manager, Digital Products to lead marketing efforts for its digital product portfolio, including Carnegie Hall+, podcasts, radio broadcasts, and other video, audio, and interactive content. The Hall is committed to leveraging digital platforms to expand its mission of making music accessible. This role requires strong marketing, content strategy, and project management skills, with an emphasis on data-driven optimization, creative collaboration, and thriving in a deadline-driven environment. The position reports to the Director of Digital Content and Engagement and collaborates across departments, particularly with the Digital Media team.

  • Experience in digital marketing techniques and campaign management and strategy (e.g. social media, search, display), including paid advertising, SEO, AI, and ASO.

  • Five or more years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing campaign development for television, film, and/or media.
  • Passion for and/or interest in all genres of music, with knowledge of classical music.

Responsibilities

  • Drive digital product marketing campaigns and content marketing efforts from ideation to execution.
  • Create engaging email and social media content, including copywriting and asset selection.
  • Ensure consistent brand and marketing philosophy for digital products.
  • Review campaign strategies with stakeholders to maximize cross-platform opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, artists, and stakeholders to develop campaigns and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal marketing opportunities and editorial placements for digital products on partner platforms.
  • Build organic and paid promotional strategies with a content-first approach.
  • Align and coordinate media planning, purchases, and relationship management with the Marketing team.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for alignment with in-person Carnegie Hall events.
  • Manage and track budget expenditure and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Submit creative, web development, social media, and email requests to meet campaign timelines.
  • Develop and launch targeted lead generation campaigns.
  • Commission supporting content from content producers.
  • Work closely with Public Relations to ensure alignment with communications efforts.
  • Track and report on campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support live events related to digital products through marketing and on-site activations.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned.
