About The Position

The Case Picker uses pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders, following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures, and delivers products to the required area. The position works a 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. schedule across four 10-hour shifts, with weekends required. Pay is listed as $20–$22 per hour depending on experience, plus a $4–$9 pick incentive; a separate pay range of $16.97–$28.65 is also provided. Requirements

Basic math skills.
Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
Ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold-storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry-storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lb/18 kg; the required weight may be greater depending on the facility.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Comfort working with varying noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

Perform pre-use inspections on pallet jack equipment.
Mark materials with identifying information.
Open boxes and other containers when necessary.
Pick products and verify the correct selection of lot numbers and product codes.
Record material amounts using site-specific equipment to update inventory.
Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly.
Report damaged products to inventory staff or a lead/supervisor.
Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
Deliver products to the required area while following regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
