About The Position

The Case Picker uses pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders and deliver products to the required area while following regulatory requirements and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The position includes inspecting and operating material-handling equipment, selecting and arranging inventory, and recording material quantities. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The role may involve working in cold storage temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C or dry storage temperatures up to 100°F/37°C while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear. Team members must be able to lift at least 40 pounds, work around varying noise levels, and potentially work flexible shifts or weekends when needed. Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds/18 kilograms; the required weight may be greater depending on the facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Comfort working around varying noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-use inspections of pallet jack equipment.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary.
• Pick products and verify the correct lot numbers and product codes.
• Record material quantities using site-specific equipment to update inventory.
• Arrange stock parts in a specific order for assembly.
• Communicate damaged products to inventory personnel or a lead/supervisor.
• Work with other machinery and material-handling equipment.
• Deliver products to the required area while following regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
