About The Position
CVS Health is seeking a dependable Case Picker to accurately pick merchandise cases and prepare them for shipment while following safety and quality standards. The role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires precision. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours, and is identified as first shift.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Nice To Haves
- 0–2 years of warehouse or case picking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
- Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
- Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
