This role involves receiving and logging batches of pick tickets corresponding to customer orders. The Case Picker II will utilize motorized equipment to pick customer orders in case quantities from various pallet locations and heights, and will label products appropriately with pick tickets and shipping (UPS) tracking labels. The position frequently requires using motorized equipment to pick large order quantities, such as entire skids, from pick racks that are several levels high. Accuracy is maintained by verifying product information on location labels and pick tickets. Products are transported to the conveyor or loading operation as appropriate. The Case Picker II is responsible for maintaining daily individual production records, which are reviewed by the supervisor, by documenting the time specific tasks are performed. The role also includes disposing of empty boxes and packaging appropriately to maintain safe and clean working conditions, participating in special projects, and performing other duties as required. All positions are also responsible for meeting company standards for quantity and quality of work, performing all work-related tasks in compliance with Company policies and procedures, including WorldWide Business Standards, and adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding workplace behavior.
