About The Position

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker Associate in Frankfort, Indiana, to support warehouse fulfillment and distribution. The role handles food products and involves picking and palletizing cases, wrapping product, operating material handling equipment, and assisting with inventory activities. The facility is described as clean, organized, and well-run, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement. The position pays $21.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour, and pays weekly. The schedule is B Shift: Friday and Saturday, 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday, 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m. Ryder provides paid training and safety gear, with benefits and PTO eligibility described below.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across organizational levels, including peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors.
• Ability to multitask; highly organized, with excellent time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Pick product and cases.
• Palletize, hand stack, and stretch-wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
