As a Case Manager Intake Supervisor, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing case management functions and duties for youth and families receiving IYR services. This is a collaborative position meaning you will work with the clinical and medical team at the RCHR, client family and referral sources to meet the comprehensive needs of the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field and 4 years’ experience working with families or children in a social service setting and 2 years in staff supervision OR Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field, 3 years’ experience working with families or children in a social service setting and 2 years in staff supervision
  • Strong communication, outreach and organization skills
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with clients, community and contract agencies
  • Ability to learn and use EHR efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assists stakeholders, referral sources and community resources with information and referral options
  • Hires, onboards and ensures all Case Managers are trained and certified
  • Completes assessments to determine program eligibility and fit
  • Monitors spending expenses for department and assists in developing budgets
