Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous case management or tax relief experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage client cases from onboarding through completion
  • Keep clients updated and maintain consistent communication throughout their case
  • Work closely with enrolled agents and internal teams to keep files moving forward
  • Track deadlines, documents, and case activity to ensure everything stays on schedule
  • Handle multiple active files while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for every client
