About The Position

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our Attachment Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Provo, Utah! This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive wage of $21.36–$29.88/hour and the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of youth and families. Attachment IOP is an intensive, 8-week program serving youth ages 10–17 who have been adopted or are being raised by caregivers other than their biological parents and are working through attachment-related challenges. As a Case Manager, you'll help connect families with resources, coordinate services, and provide compassionate support that empowers youth to build healthier relationships and lasting emotional stability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Valid driver's license
Basic understanding of Social Work principles
Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach

Nice To Haves

SSW Licensure preferred but not required.
Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Responsibilities

Work directly with youth and families to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide referrals and connect clients to community resources and services
Coordinate care with clinical teams, school partners, and other providers
Accurately document interactions, progress, and service updates
Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and ongoing trainings
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds
Utilize empathy, patience, and de-escalation skills in fast-paced situations
Stay organized while managing caseloads, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing needs
Bring creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork to every interaction
