RISE DBT IOP is a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for suicidal and self-harming adolescents in grades 8–12 within CHC’s Clinical Services Division. Developed collaboratively by Children’s Health Council (CHC) and Stanford Children’s Health, RISE DBT IOP supports adolescents and families on the mid-peninsula and is the only comprehensive DBT IOP in Northern California focused on adolescents with acute suicidal and self-injurious behaviors. We are looking for a Clinical Case Manager to join our team. This position would be a 0.8 Full Time Equivalent position (about 32 hours a week). As the RISE IOP/DBT Clinical Case Manager, you serve as a primary point of contact for families seeking DBT services at CHC and help guide them through the RISE Intensive Outpatient Program. Working closely with the RISE Clinical Team, Care Coordinators, and the RISE Clinical Program Manager, you support families from their first inquiry through intake, program participation, and discharge planning.
