About The Position
Antonyan Miranda, LLP seeks to hire a skilled Case Manager to support our growing personal injury practice. This role is responsible for managing cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution and ensuring files are prepared for demand and settlement. Requirements

- 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience preferred
- Experience preparing demand packages
- Familiarity with California court rules procedures
- Ability to review medical records and summarize damages
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through litigation or settlement
- Lead client onboarding and maintain organized, up-to-date files
- Order and review police reports, medical records, and billing
- Track medical treatment and damages development
- Communicate regularly with clients, providers, and insurance carriers
- Prepare and assemble demand packages
- Negotiate property damage claims (if applicable)
- Monitor liens and assist with settlement disbursement preparation
- Escalate cases to litigation when necessary
