About The Position

Average hourly rate is $24.43 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). Texas Family Initiative is hiring a full-time Permanency Case Manager to work with the community’s most vulnerable children and families. The role involves supporting families in foster care to achieve permanency for children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS. This includes collaborating with biological parents to access services for reunification, or finding a safe, permanent family-like setting if reunification is not possible. The position requires conducting home visits, attending court hearings, and working with community stakeholders, CASA, and more to build lasting partnerships with families. 2INgage seeks individuals who are empathetic, eager to learn, and passionate about helping families succeed during times of crisis, acting as strong advocates for parents, caregivers, and children in foster care.

Requirements

Accredited Bachelor’s Degree
Valid Driver’s License
Empathetic, eager to learn, and passionate about helping families succeed during times of crisis.
Strong advocates who can support parents, caregivers, and children in foster care as they work toward permanency.

Completion of a Predictive Index assessment.

Responsibilities
