The team is small but rapidly expanding, seeking individuals to grow alongside the company. The team comprises professionals from prestigious institutions such as Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and includes former White House staff.

Requirements

Certified or Registered Alcohol or Drug Counselor OR Licensed Therapist (LCSW, ACSW, LMFT, AMFT, etc.)
1+ years of experience in addiction treatment

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to help them access services and resources during their substance use disorder treatment.
Spend most of the time meeting with clients to complete intakes.
Identify individual recovery needs.
Connect clients to appropriate services and resources.
Help clients navigate available resources.
Develop relationships with clients and guide them through their recovery journey.
Encourage clients to follow through on linked resources/opportunities.
Collaborate regularly with the treatment team (medical director, nurse practitioners, counselors) to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Work with patients from across the state.
