Valley's Children, Youth, & Family Program provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where young people can work through mental and behavioral health challenges that impact their success at home, school, and in the community. As a Case Manager working toward certification, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience providing rehabilitative services, supporting individualized treatment goals, and helping children and families navigate the path toward healing and growth. This title is used for Case Managers who are working toward certification. Case Managers provide psychosocial rehabilitative services as indicated by the client’s care plan to support clients in meeting their individualized goals. Case Managers are responsible for utilizing evidence-based practices, meeting fiscal responsibilities, and ensuring that regulatory compliance and organizational standards are met.
