About The Position

Capitol Bridge is seeking a Case Manager to join our growing team! The Case Manager is a full-time position supporting an important project. The office is operational between the hours of 8:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, case management, financial, or office-based roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Adherence to ethical business standards and compliance with program security requirements.
  • Knowledgeable quality standards related to HIPAA compliance.

  • Experience providing direct support or service to clients or customers is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases from initial intake through final review, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements.
  • Review cases and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies related to eligibility determinations, documentation, and financial records.
  • Coordinate and manage the universal inbox, delegating and routing information appropriately.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify information, request additional documentation, and provide case updates.
  • Transfer and reconcile data between portals, systems, and internal tracking tools.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files, including client information, application materials, correspondence, and payment data.
  • Track payments, refunds, and case outcomes to ensure alignment with internal records and program guidelines.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation in accordance with contract, program, or agency requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support contract operations and workflow continuity.
  • Stay current on program rules, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal protocols, ethical standards, and program security requirements.
  • Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
