Requirements

Proven experience in personal injury case management.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients.
Superior organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple cases in a high-volume environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding creative solutions.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.

Nice To Haves

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
Experience with case management software (Filevine, Salesforce, Clio, CasePEER or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee every case detail from intake to settlement, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Act as the liaison between clients and attorneys, keeping clients informed and providing reassurance.
Coordinate medical treatment for clients and track progress to maximize case value.
Review and analyze medical records, summarize treatments, assess damages, and prepare detailed case files for demand submission.
Verify insurance coverage and liability, communicate with adjusters, and track claims to ensure policies and claims are maximized.
Prepare cases for demand and negotiation by working with attorneys to draft compelling demand packages.
Track deadlines and manage case workflow to ensure all details are handled on time.
