About The Position

Average hourly rate is $24.43 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). This full-time Permanency Case Manager position works with community's most vulnerable children and families. The role supports families in foster care, aiming to achieve permanency for children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS. Responsibilities include collaborating with biological parents to access services for reunification, finding safe, permanent family-like settings if reunification isn't possible, conducting home visits, attending court hearings, and working with community stakeholders, CASA, and more to build lasting partnerships with families. The ideal candidate is empathetic, eager to learn, passionate about helping families succeed during times of crisis, and a strong advocate for parents, caregivers, and children in foster care.

Requirements

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment

Responsibilities

• Support families in foster care, aiming to achieve permanency for children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS.
