About The Position

Washington County is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support adults participating in the Washington County Court Support Services Program. This position works closely with participants, treatment providers, courts, attorneys, law enforcement, community supervision, and community resources to coordinate services and help participants successfully navigate treatment and court requirements. This is a grant funded position and the position may be eliminated if funding is discontinued. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can build professional relationships, manage sensitive information, maintain accurate documentation, and provide evidence-based case management services within the criminal justice and behavioral health systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, science, criminal justice, or a related field preferred; OR Utah Peer Support Specialist Certification; OR Four years of equivalent work experience.
  • Valid Peer Support Specialist certification.
  • Valid Utah Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a full background check.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based case management services.
  • Coordinate case action plans and treatment services.
  • Monitor participant progress and program compliance.
  • Maintain accurate case records and prepare court reports.
  • Collaborate with courts, attorneys, law enforcement, treatment providers, and community resources.
  • Conduct drug testing as needed.
  • Provide courtroom testimony when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable program requirements.
