About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to assess patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure effective communication among all parties involved in patient care. The role oversees nursing care, home health aide services, and applicable therapies once approved by the Department of Labor. It also requires maintaining client and office record confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and the Privacy Act PHI, collaborating with the care team, and performing other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance patient care.

The company provides whole-person care to energy workers and their families under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). It has over 14 years of experience and operates across 24 states. The listed pay range is $40.00–$42.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Have at least one year of experience in a home health setting or related area, with strong assessment skills.
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Be proficient in computer and internet-based applications, as well as office equipment.
• Have competent working knowledge of client-based equipment.
• Pass a criminal background check and sanction screening.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
