About The Position

This is a professional case management position. This role focuses on the supervision of mentoring relationships between volunteers and children. This role requires the case manager to provide support and plan outcomes for mentoring relationships. This role works closely with youth and volunteers in a fun, dynamic, site-based role. This professional position maintains adherence to agency and national service delivery procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience, or 4+ years relevant experience
• Availability to meet youth and volunteers at their schools

Responsibilities

• Supervision of mentoring relationships between volunteers and children
• Provide support and plan outcomes for mentoring relationships
