About The Position

TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Case Manager to work with children and families and help ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy family communication. As part of a team, they assess needs, plan, and advocate to improve people’s lives. The organization provides training for the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the hiring process; the assessment takes 5–7 minutes.
