Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (Equivalent combination of education and relevant clinical experience may be considered in place of a degree).
Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience required.
Experience in an acute care setting required, preferably within the area of practice.
Active RN license with the Kentucky Board of Nursing or a valid compact RN license.
Case Management Certification (ANCC, CCM, or ACM-RN) - Required within 2 years of hire.
