Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent and working toward SSW licensure
Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Valid driver's license
Basic understanding of Social Work principles
Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach

Nice To Haves

Spanish speaking preferred but not required
Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and gather essential background information
Develop individualized care plans based on client needs
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to help clients achieve their goals
Coordinate with clinicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
Build strong rapport with clients while offering consistent, compassionate care
Collaborate with a dedicated onsite team to support both clients and clinicians
