Requirements

Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
Valid driver's license
Basic understanding of Social Work principles
Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach

Nice To Haves

Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire
Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Responsibilities
