About The Position

This role involves managing and evaluating work activities, providing day-to-day operational direction and leadership. The position requires conducting and reviewing monthly financial statements and budget preparation, monitoring work productivity and quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, and creating action plans to achieve productivity or quality goals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer service initiatives, customer obtainment, and retention activities. The Manager will articulate potential positive and negative impacts of company actions on the business and community, display respect and ethical behavior, and establish cooperative relationships with community and public interest groups. This role oversees clinic activities for area companies and their employees, providing guidance to ensure compliance with Sanford's philosophy, policies, procedures, and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business field required
• Progressive healthcare experience with taking on new challenges and responsibilities moving into leadership roles.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
