About The Position
Full-time, temp to hire position in Philadelphia County. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Provide comprehensive case management services to families experiencing homelessness.
Requirements
- BSW or MSW required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and online resources
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Completing assessments
- Developing housing plans
- Providing supportive counseling
- Coordinating referrals
- Assisting with housing placement
- Maintaining timely documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community providers
- Utilizing trauma-informed practices to promote housing stability and family well-being
