About The Position
Supervision of an individual caseload.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
- MCBAP credential or MCBAP PDP within 1 month of hire/promotion
- Ability to read, write, understand English
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accurate results
- Demonstrated experience to successfully work independently, organize own work, and coordinate the work of others
Nice To Haves
- 2 years experience working with felony offenders
- Bilingual Spanish/French/Other preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise caseload, handle all discipline
- Monthly/Termination reports
- Weekly activity report
- Discharge reports to agents within timely manner
- Communication written/verbal to agents and judges
- Assist in crisis intervention as needed
- Additional duties assigned by Supervisor
