About The Position
Buffalo Trace Area Development District is seeking applicants to serve in a case management role for elderly and disabled individuals. Case Managers will work with clients and or their representatives to assure compliance with program regulations, policies and procedures and be able to provide technical assistance. Case loads will be contained in a limited area within the five county district comprised of Bracken, Fleming, Lewis, Mason and Robertson counties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university or bachelor’s degree in any other field from an accredited college or university with one year’s experience in the field of intellectual disability or Registered Nurse currently licensed as defined in KRS 314.011(5) who has one (1) year or more experience as a professional nurse in the field of intellectual disabilities.

- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- Ability to relate to consumers and other professionals
- Valid driver's license
