Recover is a startup dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness, accessibility, and affordability of mental health and addiction treatment. The company collaborates with governments to improve treatment outcomes, particularly for low-income Americans. Their program offers treatment for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges, employing a harm reduction approach and focusing on marginalized communities. The team is growing rapidly and seeks individuals to join them in this expansion. The team comprises professionals from prestigious institutions like Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and includes former White House staff. As a case manager, you will directly support clients in accessing services and resources throughout their substance use disorder treatment. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting client intakes, assessing individual recovery needs, connecting clients with suitable services and resources, and assisting them in navigating these options. Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through their recovery journey, especially in encouraging engagement with provided resources, is crucial. You will also collaborate with the treatment team, including the medical director, nurse practitioners, and counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans. This role is ideal for an independent individual who takes ownership of client care, excels at building rapport, and thrives in a collaborative team setting. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work with patients statewide.
