PART TIME CASE MANAGER
About The Position
Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part Time Case Manager at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (DJTC) in Dermott, Arkansas. DJTC is a secure residential program for at-risk male youth ages 18-21. Through trained programming for staff, DJTC promotes a normalized high school experience, offers a safe environment and provides opportunities for positive change, as well as providing the unlimited potential for achievement and growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training program, medical and an outdoor recreation area. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. As a PART TIME Case Manger, you will have the unique opportunity to create a positive, safe and supportive environment for the youth we serve while building a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
- Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License
